Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination site works and managing drawings, materials, method statement submission processing;
• Monitor the site operation, quality of work progress and workmanship on site;
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for developing construction details;
• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for timely completion of the project

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies / Structural Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in Building Construction / A&A / Fitting out project with contractor;
• Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Well-organized, self-motivated, dynamic and energetic with good interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication and site management skills;
• Able to work independently, under pressure with proactive attitude;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator
