• Holder of Diploma or above in Building Studies or Building Services related discipline
• Air Cooled Chiller Water System/VRV A/C System/Split Type A/C System/Fan Coil Unit System B an advantage;
• Building Services operation and maintenance;
• Handling E & M trouble shooting;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of supervisory level;
• Good command of both spoken & written Cantonese and English;
• Knowledge in MS Word & Excel
