Job Description
Responsibilities :
- To assist Project Manager to monitoring the site progress & coordination with the contractors
- To work with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects
- To coordinate project schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, tracking progress and results
Requirements :
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Management or Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years construction experience with at least 2 years in related facade works is highly preferred
- Effectively bilingual with good verbal and writing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office application and AutoCAD
- Well organized, able to work independently and under pressure
