Job Description

We are now looking for talented candidates with experience in hospital, data centre, logistics and other functional buildings to join us.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Report to Project Leader for planning, managing and monitoring the execution of projects from inception to handover with high quality, within the schedule and budget
  • Work with Project Leader to develop, plan, manage and monitor project deliverables including project execution plan, cost plan, cashflow projection, project programme, service scope statement, procurement plan, risks management plan and risk register, etc
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, project stakeholders, and manage design consultants and contractors to ensure project success
  • Manage design process, stakeholder engagement, statutory submissions, procurement, tender assessment, construction, risk, qualityand contractual issues for project
  • Act as Client’s Representative as necessary
  • Willing to work outside Hong Kong as and when required

Qualifications and Experiences required:

  • Candidates should possess membership of a recognised professional institute in Project Management / Architectural / Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction / Industrial / Logistic / Building Surveying
  • At least 2 years of post chartered experience for the position of Project Manager
  • At least 3 years of post graduation experience for the position of Assistant Project Manager
  • Conversant with local government regulations particularly on building construction, health and safety
  • Creative, self-motivated with good management and effective communication skills
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Familiar with software tools, such as Primavera Project Planner, Microsoft Project and Building Information Management (BIM) would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage
