Responsibilities:

• Assist in overall project planning, scheduling, design & co-ordination for smooth implementation with the Project Management Team.
• Supervise and monitor site progress to ensure the work quality, project schedule and cost-planning could totally compile with the required standards set by the management.
• Liaise with both internal and external parties to facilitate communication and site progress.
• Attend site meeting, monitor work progress and safety control measures on site.

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder of Building Studies or equivalent.
• Over 6 years’ relevant experience in interior contracting field. Experience in metal works, metal cladding & shop front & curtain wall industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in the software of Primavera System Inc, Microsoft Project, AutoCad would be an advantage.
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Aggressive, self-motivated, well-organised and detail-minded.
• Able to work independently and strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills.
• Candidate with less experience might be considered as Senior Site Supervisor.
