Responsibilities 

• Support project team on procurement / supply management / document submission and correspondences and logistic issues
• Coordinate and liaise with project team, clients, suppliers and contractors; Track and report on project status to ensure project in schedule
• To ensure consistency on project report and delivery 
• Contribute to improving internal database system

Requirements

• Diploma or above in building construction, architecture, interior design or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in fitting out work, millwork, project maangement or related discipline
• Must have experience in luxury retail projects
• Knowledge of drafting in AutoCAD, Graphic Software and MS Office
• Detail-minded, responsible, articulate and problem-solving
• Ability to handle multiple project and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Occasional overseas travel
• Less working experience will be considered as Project Assistant
