Job Description
Headquartered in Beijing, our client is a sizable property developer listed in HK. It is looking for qualified candidates to fill the following position:
(direct and permanent employment offered from our client)
(Bonus, 12AL, Medical, Dental, 5-day)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end project management and overall implementation of planning, design and delivery of the delegated projects
- Oversee the planning and delivery of all commercial and residential development work in Hong Kong and South East Asia
- Responsible for managing technical, contractual & financial performance of contract works and monitoring the overall control of site activities
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget and at the highest levels of quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Building Surveying or relevant disciplines
- Member of HKIA, HKIS or equivalent accreditation is preferred
- Minimum 7 years post qualification hands-on experience in retail and commercial projects, ideally in South East Asia and/or Hong Kong
- Possessing sound knowledge of building technology, building services and fitting out is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills to maintain excellent working relationship with all project stakeholders
