Requirements:

• Work station at Shenzhen office and Hong Kong.
• Diploma or Degree in interiors design or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years solid experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator
• (Skills in free hand perspectives and sketching is a definite added advantage)
• Strong experience/sense in space planning/conceptual design/sketching/technical coordination and drawing production
• Experience in various projects with strong detailing skill
• Mature and able to handle projects under pressure independently
• Good client management skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to details; Able to work effectively as a strong team player
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure; Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Must have a passion and energy for exploration of innovative design
• Proficiency in both English, Mandarin and Chinese, spoken and written
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Developing all design concepts and consequent images, drawing, materials, finishes and construction details
• Assist PM team in project development and documentation with the design support
• Handle full set of working drawings independently
• Support the marketing team and PM team in interpreting/developing concepts that meet the client brief and budget
• Prepare (with direction) proposed colour schemes and ideas
• Coordinate with Headquarter on all design issue and necessary approval
• Source and specify fittings, furniture, fabrics and finishes
• Manage drawing documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to discuss/understand project requirements and ideas (the brief)
• Undertake site and furniture surveys
