We are actively seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our fast paced and professional team as a Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Tendering of new projects including but not limited to documents preparing, bills of quantities ect;
• Responsible for administration of main contracts and subcontracts;
• Monitor and control the commercial contract management activities;
• Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
• Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies;
• Perform risk, value management and cost control;
• Advise on a procurement strategy;
• Manage QS issues and provide contractual advice;
  
• Prepare E&M cost reports, cost control and budgeting;
• Produce monthly valuations; 
• Deal with contractual claims and subcontractors’ claims for E&M projects.

Job Requirements:  

• Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Service or related discipline,
• Professional qualification such as MRICS is preferred,
• Min. 3-year working experience Quantity Surveying, Building Service field,
• Background working on E&M and MEP projects is essential,
• Experience of working on large scale projects is preferred,
• Experience with a well reputed M&E contractor in HK is a distinct advantage,
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
