Job Description

• Reporting direct to the General Manager, and is responsible for providing technical expertise, support and guidance to external / internal customers including suppliers, sales & marketing team and operations to ensuring the highest product quality and customer service.
• Establish and maintain a good quality system with the current QC/QA certifications.
• Carry out design activities for special concrete mix, verification and validation activities, approval of designs and technical submission.
• Regularly review raw materials’ test results and cube results of production.
• Responsible for leading the technical team in safe production activities.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate of above in construction related discipline.
• Intensive knowledge of raw materials and concrete technology with at least 10 years in engineering design and quality management in ready mixed concrete.
• Good leaderships skills an ability to delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
