1. Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

• To assist Quantity Surveyor in all pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties
• To assess sub-contractors’ interim payment, variation of works and final account settlement
• To assess sub-contractors’ interim payment and variation of works
• To prepare cost planning, cost estimation, valuation analysis and material procurement
• To coordinate with clients / developers’ QS
• Quantity surveying role including contract administration, valuation of variations and settling final account

2. Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Tendering (1 year contract)

Responsibilities

• To assist in tendering documentation, submission and analysis
• Responsible for a wide range of duties including administration of main contracts and subcontracts, cost control and budgeting, material procurement
• To coordinate with clients / developers’ QS
• Occasionally on site for inspection and coordination

Requirements

• High Diploma / Associate Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in quantity survey is required
• Good command of both written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Able to work independently and under pressure
