My client is an international Project and Construction management consultancy providing a full range of project management services to the market. As part of their ongoing expansion they are currently seeking Senior BIM professionals to compliment their Structural Design Department. 

Senior Structural BIM Technician

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Structural documentation (drawings) in Revit
• Assisting Structural Engineers preparing Structural Revit models of their designs
• Modelling of existing structures and infrastructure required for coordination and to put new designs into context
• Assisting Structural Engineers with coordination and clash detection exercises
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria
• Take the lead on developing discipline specific BIM modelling content i.e. families and explore automation opportunities using Dynamo and other tools

Requirements:

• In depth Structural knowledge and experience of preparing structural drawings with Revit, AutoCAD and Microstation.
• Knowledge and experience of using Navisworks for clash detection
• Knowledge and understanding of systems such as Collaboration for Revit (C4R) and BIM 360 Team
• Highly IT literate, excellent command of standard office software;
• Analytical, disciplined and a keen team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Professional or Associate member of HKIBIM
• Fluent in English & Cantonese
• Immediately available preferred
