• Diploma in Building Studies / Interior Design / Construction Management
• Minimum 7 years+ relevant experience in interior fit out and project management
• MHKIE / MCIOB / MRICS / MHKIA
• Experienced in high end retail, shopping mall, hospitality and residential projects
• Candidates with A&A work experience are highly preferred 
• Familiar with work drawings, detailed design, program management, material scheduling, quality & cost control
• Can handle and deliver projects from design conception through to completion
• Self motivated and able to liaise directly with clients, sub contractors and suppliers
• Proficient in software applications such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch Up
• A team player who is also able to work independently 
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available and willing to travel is desirable
