Responsibilities:

- Pre and post contract Quantity Surveying practice and cost control

- Responsible for estimating and tendering, value engineering, bid following up with Clients Quantity Surveyor

- Responsible for contract administration, negotiation with sub-contractor/supplier buy-outs

- Prepare project procurement plan and budget sheet to Senior Management

- Procurement, change orders, payments and final accounts management

- Collect and update market prices for material and labour cost, for data base to be kept up-to-date

- Good communication skills, mature, responsible and ability of teamwork

- Experience in estimating and tendering in high-end fit-out sector will be an advantage

Requirements:

- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

- Min 5 years experience in interior fit-out

- Experiences working as main contractor’s will be an advantage

- Working Location: Macau
