The incumbent will be responsible for conducting budget estimation and control over issues of shop repairing, maintenance and construction, as well as to monitor contractors’ performance and equipments maintenance from time to time, e.g. air-conditioner, refrigerator, etc.). At the same time, he/she needs to establish business network and maintain good relationships with property developers, landlords and real estate agencies. Other leasing related duties include site evaluation, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, budget planning and rental forecast. Besides, he/ she is expected toconduct market research and providing recommendation for expansion and retail trend, as well as developing and executing the network distribution strategy of our retail chain stores.

• University graduate in Property Management or equivalent;
• At least 10 years relevant experience, preferably gained in retail chain industry such as supermarket and convenience store segment;
• Familiar with landlord/ tenancy law and leasing procedures;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, detail-minded and capable to work under pressure;
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
