Responsibilities:

• Plan and review building works and/or M&E projects such as electrical system, plumbing and drainage systems, F/S system, central air-conditioning system, lift and escalator system, and ELV system
• Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works for properties
• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works
• Provide detailed tenders / quotations analysis and recommendations
• Plan, monitor and control all regular maintenance contracts according to schedule and specifications
• Attend emergency calls and I.O./O.C. meetings as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering/ Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Holder of registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A/B/H) is an advantage
• Minimum 4 years working experience in building maintenance and improvement works; relevant experience gained from property management companies will be an advantage
• Experience in tender administration and service contract management is preferred
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
