Responsibilities:

• Building up and managing a quality assurance system to ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards (mainly US, EU, and AU market);
• Managing a team of internal quality assurance as well as external partners responsible for product safety and performance testing;
• Liaise with internal customers (regional procurement team and in-house manufacturing divisions) and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specification and all sampling and product testing matters;
• Conducting and following up the result from factory auditing, compliance and evaluation matters;
• Implementing and enhancing the Quality standards, PPAP and other documentation procedures (eg. FSC, EUTR, REACH, etc).

What you'll need to succeed:

• Degree in Quality Management / Engineering or other equivalent;
• + 10 years’ experience at a management level within the sourcing, manufacturing or building material industry (preferable in locks and security related products)
• Experience in Quality Assurance system setup and PPAP implementation;
• Travel frequently to visit our supply base in China and other South East Asia countries.
• Working experience in Asia sourcing hub and new setup environment is preferred;
• Good command of English and Mandarin.
