Responsibilities:

• Handle visitors' registration and provide guided tour for guests
• Provide reception service and handle the meeting room reservation
• Assist in monitoring the security operation of data centre
• Answer guest enquiries and handle complaints in a professional and polite manner
• Carry out cross-departmental communication for daily operational issues
• Report to Building Supervisor

 Requirements:

• Holder of Certificate / Diploma in Property Management, Hospitality Industry or Business Studies
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in Building Management, Customer Service or Security industry
• Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proactive, polite and able to work independently
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate
• No shift duty is required
