Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Acting as technical adviser on construction site for supervision of subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
-Prepare site progress reports and keep record for works carried out;
-Co-ordinate with the consultant's representative and site in-charge for inspection; --Follow up quality assurance issues including closure of non-compliance report;
-Prepare programme and execute works for site operations to meet with completion of works requirements;
-Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Civil Engineering or similar academic courses
- Post-chartered experience in relevant sectors
- Experience in planning and feasibility studies
- Experience in successfully engaging with statutory authorities
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proactive, energetic, quality oriented and have a sense of accountability
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Familiar in AutoCad
- 8 years related experience
