Responsibilities:

• Prepare business proposals and presentations including concepts, floor plans, renderings, market research, feasibility studies and sourcing
• Oversee project initiation, design, project scheduling, development and execution.  Ensure projects are accomplished on time and achieved desired objective and required standard
• Work with teams and related stakeholders so as to develop innovative ideas and manage the full cycle of graphic and digital design projects
• Manage and conduct projects’ financials and feasibility studies, tendering and budgeting issues
• Liaise with both internal teams and external vendors in managing production time line
• Manage day-to-day operations with infrastructure teams, contractors and suppliers as well as carry out project planning, budgeting, database and provide client support
• Lead or assist in ad hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Interior Design or Project Management or related disciplines
• 3 years’ or above related working experience.  Ideally with PRC explosure
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
• Proficient in design and programming tools e.g. AutoCAD, 3D Max and Rhino, HTML and CSS is definitely an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Details-oriented, creative, organized, self-motivated and a good team player
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, good problem solving and time management skills
• Outdoor advertising experience is preferred but not a must
• Immediate available is an advantage
• Willing to travel
