Job Description
- Possess recognized qualifications of Member of HKIA, HKIS or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience with property developers or consultant firms
- Experience in handling residential, commercial and alteration & additional (A&A) projects in HK
- Knowledgeable in local regulations and procedures of buildings, planning and land
- Manage all project activities and requirements with consultants, authorities, contractors and other personnel to ensure the completion of projects in a cost-effective manner and within the time frame and quality standards set by the management
- Strong technical knowledge and solid experience on project planning on development programme and phasing of works
- Able to handle multi tasks and work under pressure
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Project Manager
