Job Responsibilities:

1.      To provide support to senior management on projects, completing and delivering tasks to high standard

2.     To responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including site progress,quality and cost

3.      To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives, subcontractors and consultant, and ensure all construction activities comply with contractural requirement 

4.      To manage the documentation process including preparation of materials, drawings, meeting notes, progress reports, organise, and prioritize work

5.      To prepare tender submission and cost analysis on subcontractors' price for tendering purpose

6.      To prepare cost planning, project cost tracking and preparation of bill of quantities (Fit Out and builder's works.)

7.   To prepare  project programming and scheduling

Job Requirements:

1. Degree or above in interior design / building studies / construction management / Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 3 years solid experience in Fitting-Out projects of luxury retail and minimum 3 years in managerial level with strong technical background and site experience
3. Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with cooperation parties including clients, consultants and subcontractors
4. Conversant with interior fit-out nature and contractural documents
5. Strong in leadership / management, able to work under pressure and independently
6. Good computer literacy, Proficiency in AutoCAD, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project
7. Fluent speaking and writing in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
8. Candidates with solid experience in handling PRC / Macau projects are highly preferred
