Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership as the “center of expertise” to provide integrated, custormer-oriented, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management service to corporate and key Business Units in the group
• Provide supports on developing AOP planning and implement for the field of facility management for department
• Lead a team of skilled technicians to ensure facilities services are delivered efficiently
• Formulate service level agreements to external service provider and ensure service are delivered efficiently; monitor the performance of service providers and ensure that services delivered are met with the required standards and agreed time frame
• Drive preventive maintenance program with internal and external vendor, and ensure actions to be taken in cost effective manner
• Immediate attendance and engineering supports are to be provided in emergency situation.
• Participate in special projects and provide technical supports, and ensure the project run in cost effective and timely manner and participate in store handover process and ensure project team delivery up to standard
• Support licensing team and provide technical supports to ensure all necessary certification and inspection available for license renewal.
• Make recommendation on critical business value and directions on utility management and analysis on business impacts
• Comply with company policy and exercise tendering and contract administration, and enforcement of contracts

Requirements:

• University graduated
• With 10 years of relevant working experience of which over 6 years in supervisory level
• Excellent communication skill across different levels
• Good team player 
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong project management skill and with proven track record
• Candidates from F&B/Retail Industry are highly desired
