Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in contractual and commercial matters in fitting out projects
• Prepare cost estimates; tenders and general quantity surveying works
• Pre contract and post contract QS work and cost control
• Work through to project completion including final accounts and variations

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in quantity surveying or related disciplines
• 5 years relevant experiences in interior fitting out projects, preferably in F&B industry
• Experience in handling term contracts will be advantage
• Self-motivated and able work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel 

 *Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer*
