Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and completion of projects
• Coordinate, monitor and execute fitting out, E & M design and installation in Building Services project
• Provide technical support, quality control and perform site supervision
• Able to perform site inspection and testing to suit the statutory requirements
• Support ad hoc projects and assignments when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience in handling building services project at site such as BS, P&D & ELV systems
• Registered Electrical Worker (GradeA0) / Plumber's Licence is a definite advantage
• Independent, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
