Duties

• Coordinate with company stakeholders on planning BIM development strategy;
• Develop standardization of BIM execution process;
• Lead modelers and coordinators to implement BIM applications and provide quality deliverables;
• Set up internal training program to enhance BIM capabilities.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in building services or engineering related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of BIM project experience and 2 years of BIM implementation experience;
• Proficient in Autodesk BIM solutions (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks etc.);
• Familiar with common BIM application workflow such as clash mitigation, quantity take-off, documentation etc.;
• Professional member of HKIBIM;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
