Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assists the repair and maintenance works of the property
- Liaises with the contractors for the control of building services.
- Handles tenants’ inquiries and advises them on alteration proposals
- Supervises technician, direct labour and outside contractors’ maintenance services
- Attends emergency breakdowns and controls repairs activities
- Controls of building management system and carries out routine checks
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Building Studies / Building Technology & Management / Building Surveying or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, pleasant and able to work as part of a team
- Proficient in PC operation and MS office
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Technical Officer
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
