• Diploma from technical institute in an appropriate discipline with 4 years’ relevant post-qualification experience with a minimum of 3 years as Assistant Inspector of Works in Government or quasi-Government projects; OR
• Higher Certificate from technical college in an appropriate discipline with at least 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience including a minimum of 2 years as Assistant Inspector of Works in Government or quasi-Government projects;
• Experience in installation, testing and commissioning of process plants is a advantage;
• Good communication in written and spoken English and Chinese.
