Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with different vendors, partners and subsidiaries in order to align with the project plan and to follow the implementation schedule.
• Act as the single point of contact among key stakeholders to ensure effective communications and expectation can be delivered to relevant parties of the projects.
• Identify, prioritize, mitigate and manage the project risks and minimize the exposure of risks on each project.
• Establish and maintain standard project management guideline, workflow and best practices to improve project performance.
• Define the roles and responsibilities within project team members in order to ensure tasks are executed by the appropriate team members with the allocated resources. 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, IT or related fields.
• At least 15 years experience in telecommunication industry, preferably in MNC or system integration company, with 10 years solid experience in project management
• Knowledge of engineering principles, best practices data center product specification and SLA.
• Good communication skills and be able to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and conversational Putonghua is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager
