Responsibilites :

• Conduct site survey and measurement, and produce necessary drawings for communication and construction
• Responsible for design and drafting of construction drawings for building projects 
• Well-versed with Hong Kong building regulations, able to handle and manage the submission to the Building Authorities. Exposures with site experience would be advantage.
  

Requirements:  

• Diploma or above in Building Studies/ Building Surveying /Building Services Engineering or equivalent 
• Min. 5 years experience for Senior Draftsman in drawings and documentation for interior / architectural projects incl. working and detail drawings and min. 2 years experience as Draftsman
• Working in main contractor is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Be familiar with Microsoft Office Application, AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D rendering
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Immediate or short notice available is hight preferred
