Responsibilities:

• Design and project administration for commercial / residential building development projects
• Review on building services design including drawing or specification control & monitoring of site progress of site progress and work quality 
• Liaise with Government Authorities, in-house team, consultants and contractors etc. 

 Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• 8 years or above relevant working experience in E&M design & project management 
• Proficient in PC application such as MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Immediate or short notice available is preferred
