Duties :

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for smooth running of the projects in design development and construction, especially in structural engineering background
• Follow up with consultants on the governement submission and liaison process, negotiation with government departments
• Resolve site queries and matters, monitor site progress
• Design coordination on GBP, structural plan and drainage plan
• Organize and prepare project administration documents
• Able to work at site office when require
• Report to the supervisor on any critial issue of the project

Requirements:

• Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering Studies
• At least 5 years relevant experience
• Ability to work in a team with self-discipline and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Photoshop and Microsoft Office  
• Good command in both English and Chinese
