Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent plus 5 years post qualification experience or
- MHKICW plus 3 years’ experience in construction Industry, at least 2 years of which should be in building maintenance organization
- Working experience in Housing project is preferable
