Roles:

A key member in the team to support in various project operation (in lighting, audiovisual and automation projects).

Responsibilities:

• Assist project manager on daily project administrative tasks including liaising with customers, external project partners and internal teams
• Attend external and internal project meetings
• Work closely with project manager to maintain good relationships with customers
• Support the team in diverse projects including compiling project proposals and participating in mockup exercises
• Coordinate with related parties to resolve project issues in both design and technical aspects
• Assist drawing and calculation work in design projects upon request
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in design / engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, with experience in lighting contractors and project coordination is preferred
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and with good communication skills
• Ability to CAD drawings is highly preferred and Photoshop will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to China is required
