Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all interim payment, cost control, final account, V.O. estimation and submission of various projects,
• Prepare and submit pricing documents for the tender submission of potential projects
• Assist project manager on any issues related to contracts and work orders valuation

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 relevant experience in QS fields (fitting out)
• Well-organized, responsible, perseverant and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, AutoCAD
