Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job
Work under the Building Services team based in Hong Kong, to deliver professional consultancy and technical service as required in the fields of engineering design for electrical and ELV services installation for residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Deliver small to medium-sized consulting services projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment.
- Manage the design of electrical works installations for residential, commercial and infrastructure projects to comply with statutory requirements, ensuring the design is within budget and programme.
- Ensure work completion, quality and method of working for compliance with specification and ordinance requirements.
- To coach and support team members to deliver service excellence
Person Specification / Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
- At least 8 years post experience with Building Services design consultant
- Membership of relevant professional organisation, HKIE, CIBSE, IET Hong Kong or equivalent
- Proven experience with electrical design in HV/ LV/ ELV is desirable
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite applications
