Job Profile

Work under the Building Services team based in Hong Kong, to deliver professional engineering design, coordination and project management for MVAC works in order to achieve positive outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities / Duties

• Deliver small to medium-sized engineering projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment.
• Manage the design of MVAC installations to comply with statutory requirements and submission, ensuring the design is within budget and programme.
• To ensure work completion, quality and method of working for compliance with specification and ordinance requirements.
• Responsible to monitor the project and report the work progress to Client on a regular basis
• Require to attend on and off-site meetings with Client and all working parties. 
• To coach and support team members to deliver service excellence

Person Specification / Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Proven track record with at least 8 years’ of relevant work experiences preferably from engineering consultancy firm; or
• Holder of Chartered Membership professional status (i.e. HKIE, IMechE, CIBSE, IET Hong Kong or equivalent) with 4 years of post-qualification work experiences
• Proven experience with tunnel E&M and/or ventilation is desirable. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite applications
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered for Senior position
