Main purpose of the Job:

• The consultant works under the Business Advisory team in Hong Kong, delivering the best possible outcomes to maintain business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.
• The consultant will be responsible for delivering work across the project lifecycle. This will include assessing the feasibility of schemes, advising on strategy for realising a client’s vision, managing project works and close-out process. Also he/she is expected work closely with internal teams and business units to ensure the successful completion of commissions. 

Job Description:

• To provide a broad spectrum of the professional and building consultancy services under the supervision of another Senior Leader or Senior Consultant, assist in delivering professional assignments, in either new build or live operating business environments.
• Assist with undertaking Technical Due Diligence surveys in relation to real estate investment activities
• Documentation reviews to ensure statutory compliance of new and existing real estate assets
• Maintain documentation control processes and regular reporting to the team members and clients
• Actively network in the market and build client relationship base and contacts
• Maintain excellent professional standards and role modelling Built Asset Consultant behaviors
• Effective communication with Account Leaders, Sector communities and Commission Managers
• To assist in preparation of reports or submissions related to claims or disputes

Job Requirements:

• Recognized degree in Building Services, Building Construction Management, Surveying or related discipline
• Proven track record of at least 5 years' relevant working experience preferably from consulting organization providing professional services
• Good understanding of the tasks associated with Building Surveying and able to provide significant front-line project planning and control experience on a range of construction project types
• Excellent time management to ensure any reporting deadlines can be suitably achieved
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Mature, self-motivated and independent working
• Good spoken and Written in English and Cantonese
• Proficient in using MS Applications
