Responsibilities

• Provide advice or design input on building services for in-house projects
• Review and monitor consultants' design, project progress and works quality

Requirements

• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines, member of HKIE is preferred
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in engineering works in relation to building services
• Relevant working experience in PRC would be an advantage
• Good command of spoken/written English, Cantonese, conversational Mandarin
• Willing to travel to PRC when required
• Candidate with stable track record are highly preferable
• Less experience will be considered as E&M Engineer
