Min 10 years local experience in architectural interiors, hospitality & residential projects
Able to design, produce details, working drawings and to be a team leader
Capable of handling design, presentation, detailing and site coordination independently
Project management and coordinate interior design fit-out, conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specs and building codes
Good presentation & written communication skill
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop,3D Max and V-ray
Outgoing, well organized, self-motivated & hardworking
Able to work independently under tight schedule / pressure & willing to work overtime
