Responsibilities included but not limited to the followings:

• Monitor and supervise maintenance contractor works.
• Fault Investigation & troubleshooting.
• Provide support on facilities management.
• Asset enhancement project works support.
• Housekeeping drawings and technical document, updating landlord provision & reports preparation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Building Services or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years working experience in maintenance / A&A / asset enhancement work for shopping mall.
• Good knowledge of statutory requirement.
• Holder of Grade “B” Registered Electrical Worker Certificate.
• Self-driven, good interpersonal skills and strong problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.
