- Responsible for quotation preparation, contract negotiation & administration, write English/Chinese emails or letters, site supervision & coordination, attend site meeting, apply & certify payment, carry out final measurement and prepare final account for the interior design, Decoration/ E&M works

-Liaise and coordinate with customers, consultants, suppliers / sub-contractors to ensure quality project delivery

Requirement:

- Higher Certificate or above in Building Services / E&M Engineering or equivalent field

-  4 years’ or more experience in commercial building renovation and fitting out project

- Knowledge in relevant government regulations

- Good command of written and communication skills in both English and Chinese

- Able to work with strong team spirit

- Computer skill in Autocad is an advantage

- Preferably possesses EMSD registered electrical worker's certificate grade B
