Our client is a reputable Hong Kong listed property developer with real estate development projects in Hong Kong and across China, due to its rapid expansion, they are now looking for high calibre to join their professional team.

About the ROLE

• Responsible for all aspects of E&M design of residential development projects located in Hong Kong
• Coordinate and liaise with internal project team, consultants and partners on all Building Services/E&M matters on site
• Ensure the construction process and technical installations are carried out in full, complying with health & safety and local statutory regulations

 What we look in YOU

• Degree holder in Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• A member of HKIE, CIBSE or equivalent professional institute
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering of buildings;
• Solid experience in Plumbing and Drainage system is preferred
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Analytical and with good organizing capabilities
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
