Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive, develop and deliver innovative CRM strategies according to the company's business objectives
• Analyze and interpret customer, market and competitor insight and identify strategies for boosting customers' loyalty that maximize sales & profitability
• Maximize data-mining, customer behaviours, segmentation analysis to identify right offers for target segments.
• Responsible in managing the membership calendar of activities & events to meet objectives
• Collaborate with internal & external parties to ensure CRM delivery
• Work with various internal functions to ensure strategic and effective CRM communications
• Work with marketing and interact teams to maximize customer out-reach via social media platform
• Manage mechanics and perform analytic reviews of CRM program to ensure effectiveness
• Maintain a stable membership database to improve overall transaction value and visit frequency

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM or related areas
• Understand local retail market, consumer behaviour and experience in develop & manage loyalty program
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable consumer insights
• Good communication and influential skills
• Highly motivated team player
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
