- Provide support on tender preparation and submission at Head Office.
- Liaise with different parties on technical inputs/ideas/planning for tender purpose.
- Recommend technical approaches for building construction project.
- Consolidate and analyze technical methodology for tender preparation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Construction/Engineering or related disciplines.
- At least 10 years’ building construction experience with a minimum of 6 years’ in construction site.
- Familiar with statutory submission procedures at various construction stages.
- Proficient in project planning software applications including MS Project & Primavera P6.
- With solid experience in preparing and writing up technical proposal, method statement and tender submission including program planning.
- Innovative, a good team player and able to work independently.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Planning Engineer/Assistant Planning Engineer
