Job Description
You will lead a team to work on a new Building projects just awarded
My client is a local Main Contractor in Hong Kong, the company is expanding with many building project on-going.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Oversee projects from inception to completion stage
- Keep up to date reports of the site progress
- Coordinate work and advise on issues that may cause delays
- Ensure work progress is to schedule and to Client specification
- Liaise with Contractors, Architects and Clients
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree in Project Management or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years experience in Construction
- Experienced in Building projects
- Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate team and delegate work
- Knowledgeable in Construction Methodology/Codes/Standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
