Responsibilities

• Assist Facility Manager to carry out the daily operations
• Oversee and supervise maintenance mechanic teams
• Coordinate equipment repairs and monitor system performance
• Monitor performance level of out-sourced MVAC maintenanceservices and major remedial works
• Execute equipment audits
• Maintain the adequate supplies of the parts inventory
• Communicate with E&M team on the implementation of renovation of outlets
• Ensure compliance with all safety and statutory requirements

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering / Facility Management or related discipline;
• Minimum4 years’ relevant experience in air-conditioning / electrical appliance / facility management, preferable with F&B experience;
• A team player with strong supervisory, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office applications & AutoCAD;
• Holder of REW A0
