Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the renovation, installation work and maintenance work, mainly MVAC
• Perform site coordination with end users, sub-contractors and suppliers
• Responsible for tendering, design work, technical issue and project execution
•  

Requirements

• High Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and building services installation is preferred
• Familiar with site progress monitoring and on-site coordination
• Good command of both written and spoken
