Job Description
(1) Senior Cost Estimator / Estimator (PRE-CONTRACT)
Responsibilities:
- Carry out duties of cost estimating, measurement, tender interview, preparation of tender document
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in fitting out contractors is a must
(2) Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor (POST-CONTRACT)
Responsibilities:
- Carry out typical post contract duties in a fitting out contractor
- Preparation of claims and final account
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in fitting out contractors is a must
