• Diploma or above. Major in Quantity Surveying/Building related disciplines.
• Member of RICS/ HKIS/ RPS or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveyor services with leading Developer/ Consultant/ Main Contractor in Hong Kong or Macau on large scale commercial mix projects.
• Macau casino/ hotel project experience preferred. Coordinate and monitor consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers.
• Preparation of cost estimates, Procurement and tendering. Closely monitor and report the project costs.
• Preparation of interim and final payment certificates, settlement of final accounts and other contractual claims.
